About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at an automotive e-commerce business specializing in tyres and related automotive products.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, preparing quotations, and converting leads into successful orders.
The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a consistent follow-up approach, and a basic understanding of commercial calculations, including selling prices, discounts, profit, loss, and margins.
Key Responsibilities• Lead Management: Handle incoming customer enquiries and sales leads through WhatsApp, phone calls,



and other communication channels.
• Customer Requirement Analysis: Understand customer requirements, including vehicle make and model, tyre size, preferred brand, quantity, budget, and location.
• Product Recommendations: Recommend suitable tyre brands, models, and sizes based on customer needs, budget, availability, and vehicle requirements.
• Quotation Preparation: Prepare and share accurate quotations, ensuring correct pricing, product details, availability, and applicable offers.
• Sales Conversion: Proactively follow up with potential customers, address their concerns, handle objections, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiate professionally with customers while following company pricing policies and maintaining healthy profit margins.
