Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Pune City. The Inside Sales Executive will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and guide potential customers through the booking process for storage, parking, and fulfillment solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, explaining Airattix offerings, conducting product demos or walkthroughs, and following up with prospects to drive conversions. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with operations and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and addressing basic customer questions before handoff to specialized teams. The Inside Sales Executive will also contribute to sales campaigns, share feedback on customer needs, and support continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills to handle high-volume interactions and close deals effectively.




• Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation and prospecting skills to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to explain solutions simply.
• Candidates should possess robust Customer Service skills to build trust, handle objections, and provide a positive experience.
• Relevant experience in tech-enabled marketplaces, SaaS, logistics, or real estate is beneficial.
• Comfort with CRM tools, telecalling systems, and basic data entry is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage time efficiently, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is also valued.
