About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Event Designer & Creative Planner with at least 2 years of experience in event design, wedding decor, and event planning. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to transform client ideas into elegant, memorable event experiences.
The candidate will be responsible for developing event concepts, creating design presentations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the successful execution of event designs.
Key Responsibilities
* Design creative and visually appealing concepts for weddings, receptions, engagements, Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, birthdays, and other special events.
* Develop event themes, colour palettes, stage designs, floral concepts, entrance decor, mandap designs, and venue layouts.
* Create mood boards, design presentation.
* Understand client requirements and translate their ideas into practical,
customized design concepts.
* Prepare decor proposals, design references, material specifications, and estimated budgets.
* Coordinate with production teams, decorators, florists, fabricators, rental vendors, and other suppliers.
* Conduct venue visits and assess dimensions, layouts, lighting, and decor installation requirements.
* Supervise in office decor setup and ensure the final output matches the approved design.
* Manage multiple projects, timelines, design revisions, and execution deadlines.
* Stay updated with the latest wedding trends, luxury decor concepts, materials, and design innovations.
* Work closely with the client relationship manager and event execution team to deliver a seamless client experience.
