Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Executive role based in Surat. The Customer Relationship Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with clients, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of issues related to orders, deliveries, and product information. The role includes maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and following up on orders to ensure customer commitments are met.



The individual will actively gather feedback, support after-sales service, and help strengthen business relationships through regular communication and proactive support. The Customer Relationship Executive will also assist in identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Client Relations, with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships.
• Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through timely issue resolution, follow-up, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
