Eventive Concierge is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented Client Servicing & Business Development Manager who can turn client enquiries into successful business opportunities while ensuring an exceptional client experience from the first conversation to the final delivery.

About the Role

This is a dual-role opportunity for someone who excels at managing client relationships, understanding client needs, developing creative event solutions, and identifying current business opportunities. You will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, flawless coordination, and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, expectations, and objectives.




* Manage client enquiries, meetings, proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
* Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
* Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and client satisfaction.
* Proactively resolve client concerns and ensure a seamless service experience.

Business Development & Sales

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, social, luxury, experiential events and retail rollouts.
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry connections, and proactive outreach.
* Develop compelling proposals, presentations, quotations, and customized solutions for prospective clients.
* Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed business.
* Build strategic partnerships with corporates, brands, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
