HPK Foods is a premium Indian spice brand bringing traditionally hand-pounded spices to contemporary kitchens, with a focus on purity, quality and authentic flavour. HPK is a Jai Bharat Group brand; the group was established in 1981.

The role
We are hiring a hands-on E-commerce & Growth Manager to own HPK's online business end to end: our D2C website, Amazon and new marketplaces, performance marketing and customer retention. This is a doing role: you will run the ad accounts and listings yourself and be accountable for revenue and contribution margin. You will report directly to the Director.

What you will do
• Own online sales targets across hpkfoods.com (WooCommerce), Amazon and other marketplaces
• Plan and personally run performance campaigns on Meta, Google and Amazon Ads
• Manage marketplace listings, pricing, offers, content and reviews, and launch quick-commerce and other current channels
• Improve traffic, conversion rate, average order value and repeat purchase
• Run retention through WhatsApp,



email, CRM and remarketing
• Plan influencer, affiliate and seasonal campaigns
• Work with our content and operations team on creatives, inventory and fulfilment
• Report weekly on sales, ad spend, CAC, ROAS and contribution margin

What you must have
• 4–5 years in e-commerce or D2C growth, with hands-on ownership of a brand's online sales
• You have personally run Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts, and managed Amazon Seller Central with Amazon Ads
• A track record of growing online revenue profitably from a small base
• Strong working knowledge of GA4, Excel and a WooCommerce or Shopify store
• A clear grasp of unit economics: CAC, AOV, repeat rate and contribution margin

Positive to have
• Experience with food, FMCG or premium consumer brands
• Experience launching quick-commerce platforms and new marketplaces
