About the Role
Gemni Food Equipments is an international manufacturing and export company serving customers across multiple countries.
We are looking for a smart, curious and proactive person to join our Hyderabad office in a newly created role.
This is a wide-ranging business support role where you will work across research, marketing, content, communication and general coordination.
You don't need to know everything when you join. In fact, we don't expect you to.
What matters is that you're someone who can learn quickly, find information, use available resources and get things done.
If you're given something you've never done before, we'd like you to be the kind of person who thinks:

What You'll Be Doing

Your work will be varied, and will broadly include:

Research & Business Support
• Research companies, markets, competitors, industries and potential business opportunities




• Find and organise information that can help the business
• Assist with lead generation and building prospect lists
• Research potential customers and relevant decision-makers
• Help with exhibitions, business projects and other research requirements
• Prepare simple reports, presentations and spreadsheets

Marketing, Content & Design
• Come up with ideas to improve Gemni's digital and SEO presence, Content Ideas, Visibility & Lead Generation
• Research topics and trends relevant to the business
• Create simple designs using Canva & AI: such as invitations, flyers, visiting cards, presentations and other business collaterals
• Assist with other marketing or design requirements as they come up

Communication & Coordination
The candidate must be capable and skilled to handle a lot of coordination clearly.
