Role Description

The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media strategies across platforms to grow brand presence and engagement.
Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for different channels, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns based on insights.
The Social Media Manager will collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams, engage with online communities,



respond to comments and messages, and stay updated on platform trends and best practices.
The role also involves reporting on campaign performance and recommending new initiatives to enhance reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across major platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute content strategy aligned with brand goals and audience needs.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, including clear, concise, and audience-appropriate messaging.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams to produce multimedia content (images, video, copy).
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in Bhopal, with strong time management and organizational skills.
