We are looking for a proactive and hardworking Furniture Operations Coordinator who understands the furniture business and can help ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and orders are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities• Monitor day-to-day furniture production and order processing activities.
• Track order status and provide timely updates to retail stores, sales teams, and the concerned in-charge.
• Coordinate regularly with vendors, sub-vendors, craftsmen, and production teams to monitor work progress.
• Follow up on pending activities and ensure that production and delivery commitments are met.
• Identify delays, understand the reasons,



and take initiative to resolve routine issues.
• Escalate delays, bottlenecks, and other important concerns to the concerned senior authority on time.
• Maintain order tracking sheets, production updates, and basic operational reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate between different teams to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of orders.
• Continuously learn and improve processes to make daily operations more efficient.

What We're Looking For• Around 2–3 years of experience in the furniture industry, preferably in furniture manufacturing, production coordination, order processing, or vendor management.
• A practical understanding of how furniture is manufactured and how vendors and sub-vendors operate.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets and other basic computer applications.
