Role Description The Senior Customer Care Executive is a full time, remote role responsible for managing and elevating the customer experience across multiple client accounts. In this position, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to inquiries, issues,



and service requests. You will monitor customer satisfaction levels, proactively address concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve service processes. The role includes documenting interactions in CRM systems, preparing service reports, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling where appropriate.
