About Da’Villas

Da’Villas is a curated luxury villa booking platform focused on private villas, nature-led stays, intimate celebrations, destination weddings, group getaways and bespoke experiences across India.

We are looking for a commercially driven HNI Sales Manager who can lead high-ticket sales, build relationships with premium clientele and take ownership of booking conversions and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales among HNI/UHNI customers and premium clientele for luxury villas, private buyouts, group stays, celebrations and curated experiences.
* Own and achieve mandatory monthly sales, booking and revenue targets.
* Personally handle high-value enquiries and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
* Understand customer preferences, budgets,



group sizes and occasions to recommend suitable stays and experiences.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, follow-ups, negotiation, objection handling and closure.
* Build long-term relationships with HNI customers, corporates, wedding planners, travel partners and premium networks.
* Drive repeat bookings, referrals, upselling and premium experience packages.
* Monitor lead pipelines, conversion ratios, average booking value and revenue performance.
* Guide and support sales team members in lead management, negotiation, follow-ups and deal closures.
* Identify current business opportunities, strategic partnerships and revenue channels.
* Coordinate with marketing, operations and property partners to ensure a seamless booking experience.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports and performance dashboards.
* Contribute to business development, partnerships and customer experience initiatives as required.
