Role Description The Client Success Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



responsible for driving client satisfaction and long-term partnership success. The role includes managing key client accounts, understanding client business objectives, and ensuring that engagement and loyalty programs are implemented effectively and deliver measurable outcomes. The Client Success Manager will coordinate with internal teams to oversee program execution, track performance against KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Daily activities involve handling client queries, conducting review meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance program impact and expand the relationship. The role also requires maintaining strong communication, ensuring timely delivery, and representing BI WORLDWIDE’s consultative and data-driven approach to client success.
