Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller Executive role based in Ghaziabad. The Telecaller Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to inform potential and existing customers about travel packages, offers, and services. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements,



providing accurate information, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams to convert inquiries into bookings. The role involves maintaining call records, following up on leads, and ensuring timely communication to deliver a professional and helpful customer experience. The Telecaller Executive will also support basic administrative tasks related to calls and customer interactions as needed.
Qualifications

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
• Customer service orientation, including active listening, problem-solving, and the ability to handle queries and concerns calmly.
• Basic sales and persuasion abilities to generate interest, qualify leads, and support booking conversions.
