Nugu Handmade is a sustainable lifestyle brand offering premium handcrafted stoneware dining ware. Our products are designed for cafés, restaurants, hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses seeking distinctive, high-quality tableware.
Our production is based in Mullur Village, Sargur Taluk, Mysuru District, and we are expanding our B2B presence across Mysuru and Bengaluru.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive B2B sales across the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients, including cafés, restaurants, hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups.
• Present Nugu Handmade products and communicate their value to prospective buyers.
• Generate leads, conduct sales meetings, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitality owners, chefs, procurement teams, and decision-makers.




• Develop a pipeline of prospective clients and work towards sales targets.
• Explore new markets and partnerships to expand the brand's B2B distribution.

Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently identify leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Experience in hospitality, HoReCa, lifestyle products, or tableware sales is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, as required.

Compensation
Adaptable compensation structure based on experience and performance. Options may include a fixed salary, commission-based pay, or a hybrid model, depending on the agreed terms.
Location: Mysuru or Bengaluru, Karnataka.
