Role Description The Field Engineer role at Taxcart is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting customers and internal teams with technical implementation and maintenance of the Taxcart platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing field service support for integration and configuration, and assisting customers with product deployment across their systems. The Field Engineer collaborates with software engineers, product teams, and client stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions,
and ensure secure, secure, and efficient performance. The role also involves documenting technical processes, communicating status updates clearly, and contributing to continuous improvement of tools and procedures.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex issues in customer environments.
