Role Description The Relationship Manager BBWC is a full-time, in office role based in Sirsa, responsible for managing and growing business banking relationships with commercial and corporate clients.



Day-to-day tasks include acquiring new business customers, deepening relationships with existing clients, and promoting banking products such as loans, trade finance and transaction services. The role involves conducting regular client meetings, understanding business needs, and recommending appropriate financial solutions while ensuring high service standards and timely resolution of client requests. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to support credit appraisal, documentation, and compliance, ensuring all regulatory and internal policies are followed. The role also includes tracking portfolio performance, monitoring risk, and contributing to business targets through disciplined follow-ups, cross-selling, and relationship-building activities.
