Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Healthcare Sales & Business Development Executive who can drive patient acquisition and build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals and healthcare partners.

The role will involve managing patient enquiries, understanding their healthcare requirements, connecting them with appropriate doctors/treatment options,



and supporting them through the consultation and treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Sales & Conversion

* Handle leads received through digital campaigns, website, WhatsApp, phone and other channels.
* Speak with patients and understand their healthcare requirements.
* Explain relevant PexyCare services, treatment options and consultation processes.
* Schedule doctor consultations and follow up with prospective patients.
* Convert qualified enquiries into consultations, hospital visits and treatment cases.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with patients until closure.
* Address basic questions around treatment process, estimated costs, payment options and insurance.
* Maintain accurate lead and patient information in CRM.

Doctor & Hospital Business Development

* Identify and onboard doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centres and other healthcare partners.
* Build and maintain relationships with doctors and hospital representatives.
