Role Definition
This role is responsible for maintaining, validating, developing and delivering project master data used for engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and project controls activities

Responsibilities
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of equipment, piping, structural, electrical, and instrumentation data.
• Consolidate data from multiple engineering disciplines into a single project-controlled Masterlist.
• Generate and verify Material Take-Offs (MTOs) from 3D models, drawings, and engineering databases.




• Maintain revision-controlled Masterlists throughout the project life cycle. Track quantity changes arising from revisions and change requests.
• Review engineering drawings, datasheets, line lists, valve lists, equipment lists, BOMs, and MTOs to populate project Masterlists.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve data inconsistencies and technical queries.
• Provide progress reports and metrics on Masterlist completion and quality.
• Validate engineering inputs against project specifications, standards, and design documents.
• Conduct data quality checks to ensure error-free deliverables.
