PoCForge is a human-led penetration testing and VAPT company. We find the vulnerabilities attackers would use across web apps, APIs, cloud, Active Directory and AI/LLM systems, and back every finding with proof-of-concept evidence, clear remediation and retesting.

About the role
We are looking for a Partner Manager to build and grow the PoCForge Partner Program. You will recruit and manage MSPs, IT service providers, consultants and resellers who offer VAPT to their clients through referral, co-sell or white-label models: partners keep the client relationship, and PoCForge delivers the pentest, report and retest. Success means a growing network of active partners bringing in a steady, predictable flow of pentest engagements.

Responsibilities
• Identify, approach and sign current partners: MSPs, MSSPs, IT service providers, security consultants and resellers in India and internationally
• Own the partner lifecycle from outreach and onboarding to enablement, joint pipeline reviews and renewals
• Explain and position the referral,



co-sell and white-label partnership models and agree commercial terms
• Enable partners with pitch material, pricing guidance, scoping support and sales training on VAPT services
• Work with the pentest team on scoping, proposals and delivery timelines for partner-sourced deals
• Track partner pipeline, revenue and activity in the CRM and report on program performance
• Gather partner and client feedback to improve the program, pricing and service packaging
• Represent PoCForge at partner events, webinars and industry communities

Qualifications
• 3+ years in channel sales, partner management or business development, ideally in cybersecurity, IT services or SaaS
• An existing network of MSPs, IT service providers or resellers is a strong advantage
• Working understanding of cybersecurity services such as penetration testing, VAPT and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS)
• Proven ability to build relationships and close B2B deal
