Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management or a relevant discipline.
Experience: 8–12 Years
Reporting To: Senior Management
Location: Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh
Work timings: Mon–Sat (6 days working), 10 AM – 6.30 PM

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project / Branch Manager to take complete ownership of the Chittoor Branch, including client management, business development, deal closures, project coordination, team performance and branch operations. The role requires a strong understanding of the real estate business, excellent client-handling skills and the ability to drive business from lead generation through successful closure.
Key Responsibilities
• Take overall ownership of Chittoor Branch operations and business performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch-level revenue and business targets.
• Identify recent business opportunities and develop the local market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, landowners and key stakeholders.
• Handle key clients and high-value prospects
