Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for overseeing all financial activities of UCTPL. The CFO will manage financial planning and budgeting, monitor cash flow, and ensure accurate,



timely preparation of financial statements and reports. This role includes establishing and maintaining robust internal controls, guiding cost management initiatives, and supporting strategic decision-making with financial analysis and risk assessments. The CFO will liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions, ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards, and provide clear financial insights to the board and senior leadership. The CFO will also lead and mentor the finance team, implement process improvements, and contribute to long-term growth and stability of the organization.
