Role Description The Creative Design Intern will support the design and delivery of visually engaging content for events, marketing materials, and digital assets. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with concept development, creating graphics and layouts for event collateral, social media, and presentations, and aligning designs with brand guidelines.



The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine participant experience touchpoints, contribute to creative strategy discussions, and help prepare design assets for on-ground event implementations. This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular presence at the office and event locations.
Qualifications

• Strong creativity skills with the ability to develop original visual concepts and translate ideas into compelling designs.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with event, operations, and marketing teams and present design ideas clearly.
• Understanding of creative strategy and branding to ensure consistency across event materials and digital channels.
• Basic writing skills to support copy for visual assets, captions, and participant-facing content.
