Claro Energy is a leading clean energy company in India with 15+ years of experience in building decentralized renewable energy solutions. We have delivered 1,00,000+ solar projects across solar irrigation pumps, rooftop solar, and large-scale clean energy programs, working closely with farmers, households, institutions, and government initiatives across multiple Indian states.
As we scale further, we are building an AI-first internal technology ecosystem to make our marketing, operations, growth, and decision-making faster, smarter, and more reliable.

The Mission
We're building a new Go-To-Market engine from scratch, and you'll be one of its early builders. This is a hands-on role across market research, sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and growth.
You'll work closely with the Founder's Office, use AI as a core execution tool, test new channels, speak to customers, and turn market insights into measurable growth.

What You Will Do
• Research markets, customers, competitors, and recent growth opportunities
• Identify prospects and build targeted lead-generation pipelines




• Run outreach campaigns across WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Support sales conversations, follow-ups, qualification, and conversions
• Use AI tools to research leads, personalize outreach, and accelerate execution
• Track CRM, pipeline, campaign performance, and GTM metrics
• Test new acquisition channels and growth experiments
• Bring customer and market insights directly to the Founder's Office

Who Should Apply — Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Growth, Business Development, or GTM
• Fluent spoken English, Hindi, and Telugu, all three required
• Comfortable using AI tools and quick to learn new software
• Highly proactive, analytical, and willing to take ownership
