The Opportunity

We're hiring our first Business Development Executive for Ikaya Capital's next phase of growth.
This is a fully remote opportunity to work directly with the founder, take ownership of business relationships and help build a growing financial services business from an early stage.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, responsible,



confident in communicating with business owners and motivated to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with business owners through inbound enquiries, existing databases, WhatsApp campaigns and referrals.
• Understand their business operations, turnover, existing loans and funding requirements.
• Explain Ikaya Capital's services and qualify potential borrowers.
• Conduct follow-up calls and build skilled relationships with entrepreneurs.
• Collect preliminary financial information and coordinate required documents.
• Schedule qualified client discussions with the founder.
• Coordinate with clients on ongoing applications and communicate progress.
• Maintain accurate client information, follow-ups and pipeline stages in the CRM.
• Provide daily activity reports and participate in online team meetings.
• Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
