About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished and result-driven Regional Manager – Admissions & Outreach to lead student acquisition and institutional outreach across key markets.
The role will be responsible for achieving regional admission targets, developing strategic relationships with leading schools and education partners, expanding the College's outreach network, and leading the admissions and outreach team to deliver sustained enrolment growth.
The ideal candidate will combine solid market knowledge and senior-level relationship-building capabilities with proven experience in leading teams and achieving student admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and deliver student admission and enrolment targets across the assigned region.
• Develop and execute the regional admissions and outreach strategy in line with the College's overall admission objectives.
• Identify priority markets, cities, schools and admission channels based on enrolment potential.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with school principals, management, counsellors and other key institutional stakeholders.
• Develop strategic relationships with leading schools and education consultants to strengthen the College's student recruitment network.
• Plan and oversee school engagement programmes, education fairs, career counselling initiatives and other major outreach activities.
