Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Commerce or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing or Real Estate will be an added advantage.

Reporting To: Senior Manager / Business Head – Commercial Real Estate
Location: Bengaluru
Work timings: Mon–Sat (6 days working), 10 AM – 6.30 PM

About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Commercial Real Estate to support and drive commercial real estate business development, client acquisition and transaction closures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing, client relationship management, lead generation, channel partner management and negotiations, preferably with a real estate developer or commercial property company.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop current business opportunities in commercial real estate.
• Generate leads through direct sourcing, corporate networks, channel partners, brokers and property consultants.
• Handle prospective clients from initial enquiry through site visits, proposals, negotiations and closure.
