The Mandate

We are looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager & Inside Sales (ISR) Lead to build, qualify, and convert enterprise pipeline for our high-growth device and workplace solutions business.

Reporting directly to the Business Head, you will be the engine room for sales pipeline - running targeted outbound campaigns, leading a dedicated ISR team, and ensuring clean qualification and handoffs to field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Demand Generation & Outbound Engine: Plan and execute targeted B2B demand gen programs (ABS, Digital outreach, executive roundtables, and cold outbound)



to penetrate mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Lead Inside Sales (ISR): Manage, coach, and drive daily activity metrics (outreach volume, discovery calls, qualification rates) for the Inside Sales team to hit monthly pipeline targets.
• Pipeline Qualification: Ensure rigorous qualification standards before routing opportunities to field sales leaders across regions.
• Funnel Tracking & CRM: Own lead-to-opportunity funnel metrics. Track campaign attribution, lead velocity, and conversion rates to continuously refine outreach cadences.
• Sales Collaboration: Partner with regional sales teams to identify key white-space accounts and ensure tight alignment on campaign follow-ups.

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation, inside sales leadership, or growth marketing in Enterprise IT / Technology Solutions.
