Role Description The Telesales Executive role at E Writing Champs is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. The person in this role will make outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, explain the company’s writing and content services, and convert leads into paying customers. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, qualifying leads, presenting service offerings, addressing questions or concerns, and following up to close sales. The Telesales Executive will maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM,



collaborate with the sales and operations teams, and meet or exceed set targets and performance metrics. The role also involves providing courteous customer support, gathering feedback, and contributing suggestions to improve sales scripts and processes.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including transparent spoken English/Hindi, active listening, and the ability to explain services effectively.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into successful deals.
• Ability to work in a target-driven telesales environment, with good time management and follow-up discipline.
• Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center roles is preferred; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
