About the Role
We are hiring a Cybersecurity Sales Executive to drive revenue for our penetration testing and security assessment services. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, selling to CTOs, CISOs, engineering leaders and founders. Success in this role means consistently hitting targets, building a healthy pipeline and earning long-term client trust through a consultative approach.

Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiation and closing
• Sell PoCForge services including web, API, mobile, network and cloud penetration testing, and VAPT for compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS)
• Run discovery calls to understand client risk, scope and compliance needs, and work with our technical team to prepare accurate proposals and quotes




• Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, referrals and inbound leads
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and forecasts in the CRM
• Nurture existing accounts to drive renewals, retests and upsells

Qualifications
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling cybersecurity, IT services or SaaS
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Ability to understand and explain security concepts such as VAPT, OWASP Top 10 and compliance requirements to technical and non-technical buyers
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar)
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, target-driven environment

• Existing network of decision-makers in startups, fintech, SaaS or enterprise
