Overview
As a part of expanding our Engineering team, we are looking for Engineering manager/s who will be responsible for keeping projects on track, solving technical issues that arise, communicating with other teams and acting as an overall leader for the team. He / She will be working on multiple projects at the same time, building and managing diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines (in-house & outsourced).
To succeed, you need to possess a blend of solid leadership skills and technical depth in Payments. You will own the systems that move money between diners, restaurants and payment partners across multiple APAC markets, including payment acceptance, orchestration, settlement, reconciliation and merchant payouts.




This role is for someone who understands why idempotency matters, what happens when a PSP times out mid-capture, and how a one-cent reconciliation break turns into a finance escalation. You will lead a team of in-house and outsourced engineers, partner closely with Product, Finance, Risk and Compliance, and stay close enough to the code to make sound technical calls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Payments Platform Ownership: Own the end-to-end payments stack including checkout, authorisation, capture, refunds, voids, chargebacks, settlement, and merchant payouts. Lead integrations, onboarding, and ecosystem management with PSPs, acquirers, and gateways such as Stripe, Adyen, and Airwallex, as well as local payment methods across APAC (e.g., PayNow, GrabPay, QRIS, PromptPay, GCash).
