About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical SMO and Meta Ads professional who can combine organic social media growth with sophisticated paid advertising strategies.
The ideal candidate must understand advanced audience segmentation, layered audience building, campaign optimisation, marketing funnels and detailed performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Optimisation: Improve organic visibility, engagement, profile reach, audience growth and social media performance across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Advanced Meta Advertising: Plan, execute and optimise Meta campaigns for brand awareness, showroom footfall, lead generation, WhatsApp enquiries and e-commerce sales.
• Layered Audience Strategy: Create sophisticated audiences using demographics, interests, behavior, engagement, website visits, CRM data and first-party customer information,



where supported by Meta.
• Audience Segmentation: Build custom, lookalike, prospecting, remarketing and exclusion audiences to improve campaign efficiency.
• Full-Funnel Advertising: Execute awareness, consideration, conversion and retention campaigns with stage-specific creatives, messaging and performance objectives.
• Multi-Location Campaign Management: Plan and monitor location-specific campaigns for KOHIRA showrooms across different cities.
• Creative Performance Testing: Conduct systematic A/B testing of creatives, hooks, copy, placements, landing pages and audience segments.
• Tracking & Attribution: Work with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, UTM tracking and CRM integrations to improve lead and conversion measurement.
• Detailed Metrics Analysis: Analyse CPM, CPC, CTR, frequency, cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, lead-to-sale conversion, CAC, ROAS and campaign-level profitability.
