Data Entry Intern (Remote / Work from Home)

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Intern to join our team on a remote basis. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in digital administration, database management, and remote office workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Input: Accurately input text, numerical data, and alphanumeric information from digital source documents into company databases, CRMs, or spreadsheets.
• Data Cleaning & Verification: Review data for errors, duplicate entries, or missing values, and correct them according to company guidelines.
• Copy & Paste / Formatting: Transfer, organize, and format data across tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or internal cloud platforms.
• Record Maintenance: Keep digital filing systems, logs, and administrative tracking sheets updated on a daily and weekly basis.
• Support Team: Assist project managers or the operations team with routine back-office documentation and reporting tasks.
• Data Security: Strictly follow data privacy,



confidentiality, and security policies regarding company and customer information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or having completed a High School diploma (12th pass), undergraduate degree, or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs).
• Typing & Accuracy: Valuable typing speed with a strong focus on high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Remote Setup: Laptop / Desktop with Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer/laptop.
• Soft Skills: Good time-management skills, ability to meet strict daily/weekly submission deadlines independently.

• Location: 100% Work from Home / Remote
• Stipend: 3000 / Month
• Duration: Flexible ( 3 to 6 months), with potential conversion to a full-time role or certificate of completion
