About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to help CodaqLabs acquire qualified B2B clients.
This is a 100% remote, work-from-home, part-time, commission-based opportunity. You can work from anywhere in India. There is no fixed office requirement.
Your primary goal will be to identify potential business clients, connect with decision-makers, qualify their software or AI project requirements, and generate genuine sales opportunities for CodaqLabs.
Key Responsibilities• Identify potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and established businesses.
• Generate qualified leads for custom software development, SaaS, AI integration, and automation services.
• Reach founders, CEOs, CTOs, and other relevant decision-makers through LinkedIn,



email, and professional networking.
• Understand client needs and arrange discovery calls with the CodaqLabs team.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates on outreach and lead status.
• Help nurture prospects and follow up on opportunities through the sales process.

Requirements• Solid communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to research businesses and identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generation.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or AI solutions is an advantage.
• Previous B2B sales or IT services business development experience is preferred, but motivated candidates are welcome to apply.
