Akosma Dermatologique is a premium skincare brand available exclusively through dermatologists. As the organisation expands its digital ordering ecosystem through its mobile application and website, the Brand Relationship Manager will play an important role in strengthening Akosma’s presence and relationships within the medical community. This is a brand development and relationship-focused role, not a conventional field-sales position.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain meaningful qualified relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, plastic surgeons, and premium medical aesthetic clinics.
• Communicate Akosma’s brand philosophy, product science, ingredients, clinical rationale, and positioning accurately and confidently.
• Introduce and familiarise doctors with Akosma’s app- and website-based ordering ecosystem.
• Encourage adoption of the digital platform through education, demonstrations, and ongoing support.
• Work closely with Sales Managers while providing an additional layer of brand engagement and relationship development.




• Identify opportunities to strengthen Akosma’s presence within relevant medical and aesthetic communities.
• Participate in doctor meetings, scientific events, conferences, product introductions, and brand initiatives.

Preferred Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, cosmeceutical, medical device, or premium healthcare business development. Previous experience working directly with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, plastic surgeons, or premium clinics will be preferred.
