Role Description The B2B SaaS Sales Lead will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing customer relationships for Stellosys’ SaaS offerings. This full-time, on-site role based in Kerala, India involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demos,



and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. The Sales Lead will partner closely with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions, tailor pitches to client needs, and gather market feedback. Daily activities include pipeline management, sales forecasting, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring a smooth handoff to customer success teams. The role also includes mentoring junior sales team members, contributing to sales strategy, and representing Stellosys at industry events and customer meetings.
Qualifications

• Strong B2B sales and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing complex SaaS deals.
• Experience in solution selling and consultative sales, with the ability to understand client business processes and map them to technology solutions.
