About the Role
We are looking for a Legal Associate to support the Legal Department in contract management, property documentation,



legal due diligence, litigation support, compliance and legal research. The role requires strong drafting skills, attention to detail and effective coordination with internal teams and external legal counsel.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review and revise standard agreements, contracts, MOUs, legal notices and correspondence.
• Ensure documents are legally sound and aligned with company requirements.
• Support contract execution and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist in title verification and legal due diligence of land and property documents.
• Review property-related records and identify discrepancies or potential legal risks.
• Support documentation related to land acquisition and real estate transactions.
• Assist in preparing documentation and case files for litigation and disputes.
• Track court dates, case status and significant legal deadlines.
