We are building a up-to-date, transparent and trust-driven real estate ecosystem — and we are now looking for a leader who can take Realaasti.com from a strong Vizag presence to a pan-India brand.

Role OverviewWe are hiring a Sales Head — a LEADER who will own Realaasti.com's sales strategy, targets and team at the same time. The Sales Head will drive business by:
• Building and executing the sales strategy and annual/monthly targets
• Leading, guiding and training the sales team to convert more leads into closures
• Personally closing key deals and stepping in on high-value negotiations
• Expanding developer partnerships and the project inventory on Realaasti.com
• Planning and leading Realaasti.com's growth beyond Visakhapatnam into a pan-India brand

This is a high-ownership, high-accountability,



high-impact role suited for someone who leads by example, chases targets aggressively, and wants to build a sales organisation — not just manage one.

Experience6 – 10 years in sales, with at least 2–4 years leading a sales team (real estate / channel partner / property advisory experience strongly preferred)

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales Strategy & Targets
• Define the sales strategy, pricing approach and go-to-market plan for Realaasti.com
• Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets — by team, by individual and by project
• Aggressively drive the team to achieve and exceed targets
• Track pipeline, site visits, bookings and revenue daily; course-correct quickly
• Prepare sales forecasts and MIS reports for the founding team

• Lead, motivate and manage the sales executives and channel coordinators
