Role OverviewWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead digital marketing execution across SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads while managing client accounts, guiding the team and driving campaign performance.
The ideal candidate should combine robust hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking, team coordination and client management. You will be responsible for planning campaigns, monitoring results, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring timely, quality-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Independently manage SEO activities, including keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimisation and local SEO.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns, managing budgets, conversion tracking,



CPL and lead quality.
• Monitor KPIs using GA4, Google Search Console and advertising platforms; translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Manage assigned healthcare client accounts, communicate performance updates and recommend strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Guide team members, allocate priorities, review deliverables and ensure quality and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with content, design and web teams to deliver effective, integrated campaigns.
• Prepare performance reports, identify gaps and take ownership of corrective actions and campaign outcomes.

Requirements• 5+ years of professional digital marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in both SEO and paid advertising.
• Proven experience independently managing campaigns from planning through optimisation.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Google Search Console.
