We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can help us grow our online presence, drive customer acquisition, and scale sales through data-driven marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
* Drive website traffic, customer acquisition, conversions, and sales while optimising marketing spend.
* Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals and campaign objectives.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics,
and optimise campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce customer acquisition costs.
* Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
* Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, festive offers, brand collaborations, and influencer-led initiatives.
* Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, retargeting, and A/B testing.
* Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights to improve campaign results.
Requirements
* Experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
* Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, conversion tracking, ROAS, CAC, and other performance metrics.
* Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* A creative and growth-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results.
