As a Functional Tester (QA)-Senior Associate you will focus on validating software functionality, identifying defects, and supporting control testing activities within our Risk and Compliance practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build client connections, and mentor junior team members while using critical thinking to break down testing results and interpret feedback into practical recommendations. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to regulatory risk compliance services,



use testing tools and methods to assess application behavior, and help confirm that deliverables align with project objectives and skilled standards.

Responsibilities

• Testing functional requirements and validating business processes across client service engagements
• Developing test scenarios, test scripts, and test data to support system and process testing
• Executing manual and automated testing activities and documenting defects with clear reproduction steps
• Analyzing application behavior, identifying root causes, and interpreting results to inform remediation
• Coordinating testing milestones, dependencies, and status updates across assigned workstreams
• Reviewing deliverables from junior team members and providing guidance on testing methods and documentation
• Collaborating with client stakeholders to clarify requirements, address issues, and support release readiness
