Role Description
We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to lead our CNC Machine Shop operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overall production activities, improving operational efficiency, ensuring product quality, and achieving production targets with on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day CNC machine shop operations and production activities.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve targets and on-time delivery.
• Improve productivity, machine utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Reduce rejection, rework, and manufacturing costs.




• Ensure product quality, process discipline, and workplace safety.
• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, planning, and other departments.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machine shop operations.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining and automotive component manufacturing.
• Proven experience in production planning, team management, and shop-floor operations.
• Robust leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field.
