We are hiring for Customer Support Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: Freshers / 1+ Year
Languages: Kannada proficiency preferred; Hindi and Tamil are added advantages.
Salary: Up to ₹3 Lakhs Per Annum
Job Responsibilities:
# Assist existing ERP customers via phone, WhatsApp, and remote support.
# Resolve customer queries and guide them on software usage.
# Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
# Follow up with customers and maintain support records.
# Basic computer knowledge
# Basic English communication
# Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
# No programming knowledge required; product training will be provided.
