Sales Coordinator (Export Sales)
Location:- Vikhroli Mumbai
Experience: 3–8 years of experience in Export Sales Coordination, International Sales, Export Documentation, or International Business Development.
Educational Qualification : Engineering , International Business, Export Management, Business Administration

Job Purpose

The Sales Coordinator – Export Sales will provide end-to-end coordination and administrative support to the Export Sales Manager in managing international sales activities. The role involves coordinating with overseas customers, distributors, internal departments, logistics partners, and government-related documentation requirements to ensure smooth processing and execution of export orders.

The candidate will support business development activities in international markets, particularly in the CIS countries, Russia, Middle East, Africa, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and other export markets, for industrial engineering and firefighting products.

Mandatory Experience:

- Experience in industrial products, engineering products, firefighting equipment, or B2B/project sales will be preferred.
- Exposure to international markets such as CIS countries, Russia, Middle East, Africa, Nepal, and Sri Lanka will be an advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Positive knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to correspond professionally with international customers.
- Knowledge of commercial documentation, quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Understanding of international logistics and shipment procedures.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
- Presentable personality and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple export orders simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and issue-resolution capabilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
