Designation: Production Manager

Salary: 12L to 14L pa

Qualifications : Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.

Experience : Min 12 years

Location: Vasai East (Naikpada)

Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Production Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed weekly/monthly production schedules based on project timelines.
- Allocate manpower, machinery, and material resources effectively.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and QC teams for smooth fabrication workflows.
- 2. Fabrication & Welding Oversight
- Supervise structural, pressure part, and sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Review and approve WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), PQR (Procedure QualificationRecord), and welder qualifications.
- 3. Team Leadership
- Manage a team of shop supervisors, welders, fitters, helpers, and outsourced labour.
- Plan shifts, assign daily tasks,



and ensure productivity.
- 4. Quality & Documentation
- Ensure all jobs are fabricated per approved drawings, QAPs, and welding procedures.
- Coordinate with QC for stage-wise inspections (fit-up, welding, NDT, dimensional check).
- 5. Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination
- Manage outsourced fabrication partners and track job progress.
- Ensure technical and delivery compliance from external workshops.
- 6. Continuous Improvement
- Monitor machine utilization, reduce downtime, and improve yield.
- Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen practices.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
