Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counselor to handle student enquiries, counsel prospective learners, and drive course enrollments through effective sales and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and student enquiries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up records in CRM.
- Build good relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams.
Requirements
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and sales-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working with targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
