About Flynaut

Flynaut is a Pune and Charlotte, NC based technology company building apps, modernizing systems, and delivering cybersecurity and managed IT (through our MSP brand, OneProtect) for clients across the US. We are SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified and have worked with names like GE, Toyota, US Bank, and Cummins. Today we ship React Native field-service apps, video platforms, healthcare products on HIPAA-compliant AWS, and notification and delivery apps for growing US businesses.

We have built AI into how we work, not just what we sell. Claude and Emergent are core to how we build, ship, and run operations. We are looking for a developer who thinks the same way.

The Role

You will not be a developer who occasionally uses AI. You will be the person who builds with it: prompting, iterating, validating, and shipping real client work faster and cleaner than a traditional dev team. You will take a vague client ask, turn it into a clear spec, build it with AI tooling, test it properly, and own it until it is live.

What You Will Do

- Build and ship web and mobile applications using Claude (Claude Code, API) and Emergent as primary development tools, from prototype to production.
- Write precise, structured prompts that produce reliable output. You know how to give AI role, context, format, and constraints, and how to break a large build into prompt chains that actually work.
- Review, debug, and harden AI-generated code. You catch what the model gets wrong before the client does.
- Turn client requirements and change requests into clear scopes, estimates, and build plans.
- Support live client projects across React Native, web apps, and AWS-hosted backends, including post-launch fixes and handovers.




- Build internal tools and automations that save the ops and sales teams time (dashboards, workflows, integrations with tools like HubSpot and Apollo).
- Create reusable prompt libraries, templates, and skill files so the whole team gets faster, not just you.
- Flag risks early: scope creep, security gaps, timeline slips. Bring a proposed fix, not just the problem.

What We Are Looking For

- 2 to 5 years of hands-on development experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, React or React Native, Node.js or similar).
- Demonstrated, real-world experience building with AI coding tools. Show us what you shipped with Claude, Emergent, Cursor, Lovable, or similar.
- Strong prompting skills. You can explain why one prompt works and another does not.
- Solid fundamentals: APIs, databases, Git, deployment, and basic cloud (AWS preferred).
- Ability to read code critically. AI writes fast; you make sure it is correct, secure, and maintainable.
- Clear written English. You will communicate with US clients and need to explain technical things simply.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Bun.js, Supabase, Firebase, or serverless architecture.
- A portfolio, GitHub, or a short walkthrough of something you built mostly with AI.

Pay: ₹382,000.00 - ₹1,650,000.00 per year
