Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company business targets.
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential clients.
- Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, client meetings, conversions, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Guide and monitor junior marketing/sales team members when required.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, events,



and other marketing activities.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Required Skills
