About the Role

Optorra, a growing multi-store optical brand, is looking for a customer-focused and experienced Sr. Executive - Optical Store for its Gandhinagar location.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2–3 years of experience in optical retail, eyewear, healthcare sales, pharmacy, wellness or a similar customer-facing sales role.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
- Recommend suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses and related optical products.
- Support customers in choosing products based on prescription, comfort, lifestyle and budget.
- Convert customer enquiries and store visits into sales.
- Maintain strong knowledge of frames, lenses, coatings and other optical products.
- Coordinate with optometrists and internal teams for prescriptions and customer orders.
- Manage billing, order documentation and basic store records.
- Follow up with customers for order delivery and after-sales support.




- Maintain attractive product displays and overall store presentation.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Support achievement of monthly store sales targets.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Prior experience in optical stores / eyewear retail will be strongly preferred.
- Candidates from healthcare, pharmacy, diagnostics, wellness or medical retail sales may also apply.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Presentable, confident and customer-oriented.
- Positive sales, relationship-building and customer-service skills.
- Basic computer, billing and POS knowledge preferred.

Compensation

₹17,000-₹21,000 per month CTC, depending on experience and suitability.
