Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and provide friendly, qualified service.
- Explain cake varieties, bakery products, and ongoing offers to customers.
- Assist customers with product selection and order placement.
- Handle billing and payments accurately, if required.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and organized.
- Support daily shop operations and coordinate with other staff members.
- Help achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Qualification: Plus Two or equivalent.
- Experience:



0–2 years (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Languages: Malayalam communication skills are required.
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Kollam.
- Flexible to work according to the assigned part-time shift.
