We are looking out for a bright and qualified Talent Acquisition specialist to join our team. He/she will be primarily accountable for Inviting job applications, Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interviewing, and Onboarding the right mix of skilled human resources as per the organizational needs, especially the sports enthusiasts.!!

As acquiring talented people is getting harder, your position will play a crucial role for our company to stay competitive in the market!!

Key Accountabilities

- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job Portals, social media, employee referrals etc.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.




- Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Rolling our offers and getting the candidate join on time.
- Maintaining relationships with team to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Communicating employer information and advantages during screening process.
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and
- Serving as a liaison with federations, colleges, and industry associations.
- Completing timely reports on employment activity.

Requirements

- Good to have Bachelors’/Master’s degree in human resource.
- Must have - good knowledge in recruitment
- Good communication skills
- High level of relationship orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office
